CANCELLATION POLICY

Each guest has the responsibility to read this Cancellation policy.
Cancellation is considered when you do not attend your booked activity, rescheduling it or arriving late.

Cancellation from 7 days to 2 days before the snorkeling tour leads to the charge of 50% of the tour price.
Cancellation happening less than 2 days before the snorkeling tour leads to the full charge of the tour price.
No exception is done to this policy.

Booking times use Bali time (UTC+8). For a trip today, or a trip tomorrow requested at or after 3:00 PM, contact us on WhatsApp for staff approval before paying.

Choose 1–24 guests in the form above. The PayPal online price is USD 22 per guest, including the existing PayPal fees, currency conversion fees and taxes. The DOKU online price is Rp350.000 per guest. These are fixed checkout prices, not a currency conversion.

You can also pay the full amount in cash at our office the day before your trip. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to arrange this.

Hotel pickup is scheduled for 7:40 AM; the boat departs at 8:00 AM. Our team will confirm your trip and exact pickup details via WhatsApp after booking. Free pickup is available in Jungutbatu; other areas may have an extra charge.

Payment received and trip confirmed are separate steps. Returning from PayPal or DOKU alone does not confirm payment. Please wait for our team's confirmation and read the cancellation policy before booking.

After payment, contact our team on WhatsApp at +62 8123 7128 977 to confirm your trip and pickup details. If PayPal or DOKU has charged you, do not pay again while waiting for confirmation.

 

 EXTRA CHARGE FOR BALI DAY TRIP

If your pickup location is in Bali we can still organize your day trip.
Please note that in this case your day trip will be performed by a competent partner as our main snorkeling boat will be already departed at 8:00 AM from Lembongan. We will also require a deposit of 20 USD per person to secure your spot.

Here is the schedule of your day trip to Nusa Lembongan :

  • Pickup at your hotel in Bali around 8:00 AM
  • Transport to Lembongan
  • Welcome drink with fresh young coconut fruit and snack
  • Snorkeling & Equipment for 3 spots
    ( Lembongan to Penida )
  • Lunch ( Grill fish with sambal matah/local sauce, rice,
    mix vegetable & mineral water) or
    (Local Fried rice/Fried noodle and soft drink/mineral water)
  • Mangrove tour with kayak or small boat
  • Return to your hotel in Bali around 6:00 PM

For a TOTAL price of 1.200.000 Rp per person.
