CANCELLATION POLICY
Each guest has the responsibility to read this Cancellation policy.
Cancellation is considered when you do not attend your booked activity, rescheduling it or arriving late.
Cancellation from 7 days to 2 days before the snorkeling tour leads to the charge of 50% of the tour price.
Cancellation happening less than 2 days before the snorkeling tour leads to the full charge of the tour price.
No exception is done to this policy.
Latest time for booking is 1:00 PM Bali time with the Nusa Lembongan snorkeling tour occurring the following day. If your message is sent later we cannot ensure our service will be provided (wait for our confirmation email, if you don't get our confirmation email your tour isn't booked).
Full-payment needs to be done at the time of the booking (22 USD per person sent through our PayPal account, already including PayPal fees, currency conversion fees and taxes) and don't forget to send us an email too.
You can also come two days before the trip at our office to pay the full amount in cash (contact us through whatsapp or email for that).
Free pickup is only possible in Jungutbatu area at the moment. Extra charge apply to further locations

EXTRA CHARGE FOR BALI DAY TRIP
If your pickup location is in Bali we can still organize your day trip.
Please note that in this case your day trip will be performed by a competent partner as our main snorkeling boat will be already departed at 8:00 AM from Lembongan. We will also require a deposit of 20 USD per person to secure your spot.
Here is the schedule of your day trip to Nusa Lembongan :
- Pickup at your hotel in Bali around 8:00 AM
- Transport to Lembongan
- Welcome drink with fresh young coconut fruit and snack
- Snorkeling & Equipment for 3 spots
( Lembongan to Penida )- Lunch ( Grill fish with sambal matah/local sauce, rice,
mix vegetable & mineral water) or
(Local Fried rice/Fried noodle and soft drink/mineral water)- Mangrove tour with kayak or small boat
- Return to your hotel in Bali around 6:00 PM
For a TOTAL price of 1.200.000 Rp per person.
Please book 2 days ahead to ensure availability and organization.
